DAVE MASON

As a Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor, a slow Airline hiring market led me to Manufacturing and Real Estate.  I have been in Industrial and Capital Equipment Sales. It was my responsibility to Provide Fortune 500 companies the process equipment and factories to manufacture their products. For the last seven years prior to moving to Roatan, I was a sales engineer  for a company that forms steel components for companies like BMW, Delphi, Bombardier, Toyota, John Deere, Square D, Siemens, and AM General. These companies require local suppliers to their manufacturing facilities worldwide. As part of the sales process, I was intimately involved in site justification, location, development, and construction of factories in the US and Mexico. This afforded me the ability to become a  Real Estate Investor, Buying, Selling,  Refurbishing, and renting properties primarily in the US. For the last five years I enjoyed island living on Roatan working as a Real Estate Sales Agent and Charter Pilot.

My hobbies include: NAUI Dive Master, FAA Commercial Pilot/ Certified Flight Instructor Single and Multi Engine Instrument Airplane, Fishing, Skydiving, Competitive Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle shooting, Gun Dog Training, Gourmet Cooking and Woodworking.
