Welcome to "Ocean
View Estates" The plans call for a community water service, installed electric lines, a community beach, and a deep water dock for boats, fishing, and sunbathing. We are exploring the idea of offering a management company that could market and rent homes for owners that may like additional income when they are away from Roatan. There are preliminary plans for commercial property for business opportunities on the beach front. The project also has easy, direct access to the main highway on Roatan that borders this property. The natural coral reef that lines most of the north shore of the island, protects our shoreline from rough seas, and provides snorkeling and diving sites only a few hundred yards off shore. We are fortunate to have a natural channel close to the project, allowing easy access to open water. This is an overview of the 100 lots in Ocean View Estates. They range from one half acre up to 2 acres. We have sold 10 lots in 2005 and have the permits for the condos shown below. Construction is starting in November of 2005.
